- You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) while using the Service. *Goal Training Academy reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time, without notice, for upgrading purposes.
- The registered candidate will be responsible for all content posted and activities (such as chats, comments, and queries during online classes, WhatsApp groups, etc.) that occur under their account.
- Violation of any of the above terms will result in the termination of the student’s admission in Goal Training Academy. *Goal Training Academy does not offer or provide any job anywhere.
- Goal Training Academy reserves the right to terminate students from courses or exams if fees are not paid on time.
- In the event of any litigation against Goal Training Academy and related legal matters, the jurisdiction will be in Ernakulam, Kerala only.
- Job hunting for students who enter into an agreement with Thomson Career College, Canada, will only be facilitated by them.
- Goal Training Academy is not responsible for any failure to obtain employment as per the agreement signed with Thomson Career College.
- Fees paid once will not be refundable under any circumstances.
